Popular Media personality, Noble Igwe, has sent a message to wedding guests.

He asked wedding guests to make and send him videos of anyone seen re-arranging the chairs and sitting positions set by a couple and their event planners

Noble has been calling out Igbo men who he says are fond of  this.
